Sky manages the day to day operations of the Resilience group in collaboration with VP Chief Resilience Officer, Scott Conway. Sky is a resource management generalist with expertise in GIS analysis, data and asset management, natural and cultural resource preservation and project implementation and management. She has an educational background in landscape architecture and ecology and over a decade of experience in the public sector ranging from the municipal government to experience with the federal government as a US Peace Corps Volunteer and National Park Service employee.
