Bryce Young

Bryce A Young works to prevent homes from burning down as a result of wildfire, drawing from over a decade of experience in wildfire and tech. In his research, he uses AI to predict building-specific wildfire risk. This work is informed heavily by his experiences, including working at the National Center for Landscape Fire Analysis, developing environmental GIS software, running a community wildfire risk reduction business, and spending 6 years as a wildland firefighter.
