Michael Callahan
Engineering Team Lead
Michael works on Pyrologix’s landscape scale fire modeling and data processing pipelines for hazard and risk data products. His experience includes cloud computing, data processing and algorithm development. He joined Pyrologix in 2021 after working in the analytical chemistry space. Before that, Michael worked fire for the U.S. Forest Service on an IA module and then a Hotshot crew. In his free time, he can be found exploring Western Montana on a mountain bike or a set of backcountry skis. Michael earned his B.S. in Management Information System from the University of Montana.
